Flat Bottom Grain Silos
Low cost, long term protection for your grain
Farm Flat Bottom Grain Silos
The most cost effective grain storage solution
If you’re looking to keep grain as seed or stock feed, or you’re waiting on a better market price, a flat bottom silo is the storage solution for your farm. Flat bottom silos are the most cost effective grain storage solution and can be loaded with a smaller conveyor than a cone based model of the same height. Allied Grain Systems is the exclusive supplier of MFS, York and Stomor brands, providing you with access to the world’s best silos. Our Australian manufactured silos are built to the highest construction standards, guaranteeing a flexible and reliable asset that will protect your grain and provide an unrivalled return on investment.
Seal of Approval
Developed in-house, Allied’s silo sealing system has been proven to be one of the most effective on the Australian market.
All silos are designed and built to Australian Standard 2628 (2010), which requires the silos to be a gas tight, sealable silo suitable for fumigation. Endorsed by the GRDC and the Grain’s Council, silos built to the AS2628 standard are able to hold phosphine gas and other fumigants to kill insects at all life stages.
In 2015, The Kondinin Group named Allied Grain Systems as one of only two manufacturers in Australia to pass the sealing test on both cone-based and flat bottom silos.
